I have been doing business with Ken Garff long before they took ownership of the previous dealership and it’s refreshing to see the consistency. Jeff and his crew definitely work with the customer in mind. I have not been disappointed by the level of care and their willingness to assist.
I bought my Tiguan in March so I haven’t had it 6 months yet. It was used and I didn’t purchase it at the dealership. I have been really pleased with Ken Garff dealership. They treat me well. The parts department has been great to deal with and the two times I’ve used the service department they have been on time and thorough. I would recommend them without hesitation.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because it was hard to talk to the service manager that I was assigned to. I called several times but didn’t get anyone to give me the final quote to fix my vehicle. I didn’t even know that my vehicle was ready to be pick up. Also, you have to leave your car for 3 to 4 days before you know what wrong with your car even though you has an appointment. I previously bought my 2019 GTI here when it was Earnhardt’s VW. It’s the same crew and sales here. Good people, nice showroom. Finance is always the last part and it’s always draining. I bring my 2025 VW GTI here for maintenance and I’ve had nothing but good interaction.

Robert was the sales person that helped me. He was awesome. I have never driven a all electric vehicle so I was nervous. As we drove he showed me the different features and how to work them. He allowed me to drive on both the hwy and the streets. After driving I was comfortable enough to drive home.

I just bought a new car here this week and Damon was amazing! He was incredibly friendly and really helped us find what we wanted! I spent a lot of time flip flopping between two cars but he was incredibly patient and I had a great experience finding the exact car that I wanted! And when it came to pricing I really appreciated that there was no upselling of unnecessary features or add ons, we got an amazing price for our car! Would recommend buying a car here to anyone who loves VW'S! Truly an A+ car buying experience!
I really appreciated the service I received and the recommendation to get the service package, which allows me to get three oil changes and tire rotations for the cost of two (essentially), great deal! I also appreciated getting a video text while my car was being serviced with the technician talking me through the overall reading of my car. I’ve been away from VW servicing for a couple of years and I’m definitely back to being a loyal customer after my recent service.

I am actually so blown away by this dealership and Mike and the sales manager. I was supposed to go in today to look at a car but couldn't go after an emergency medical treatment. Went in for a possible trade in and ended up leaving with a new to us car within the requirements we needed and the best experience we have had at a dealership. We were lucky enough to be greeted immediately by Bryan and had his help through our entire experience and he was absolutely amazing. He made it seamless and extremely quick (our entire experience took just under 3 hours). Beyond impressed with this dealership and will continue to give them our business!
Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. Prior VW autos we owned over decades were convertible beetle, square backs and Passat. Having work done on our vehicles over many years and I can say the service manager, Jeff at Gilbert VW dealership is very good with us every time.
