Robert was the sales person that helped me. He was awesome. I have never driven a all electric vehicle so I was nervous. As we drove he showed me the different features and how to work them. He allowed me to drive on both the hwy and the streets. After driving I was comfortable enough to drive home.

I just bought a new car here this week and Damon was amazing! He was incredibly friendly and really helped us find what we wanted! I spent a lot of time flip flopping between two cars but he was incredibly patient and I had a great experience finding the exact car that I wanted! And when it came to pricing I really appreciated that there was no upselling of unnecessary features or add ons, we got an amazing price for our car! Would recommend buying a car here to anyone who loves VW'S! Truly an A+ car buying experience!
I really appreciated the service I received and the recommendation to get the service package, which allows me to get three oil changes and tire rotations for the cost of two (essentially), great deal! I also appreciated getting a video text while my car was being serviced with the technician talking me through the overall reading of my car. I’ve been away from VW servicing for a couple of years and I’m definitely back to being a loyal customer after my recent service.

I am actually so blown away by this dealership and Mike and the sales manager. I was supposed to go in today to look at a car but couldn't go after an emergency medical treatment. We were lucky enough to be greeted immediately by Bryan and had his help through our entire experience and he was absolutely amazing. He made it seamless and extremely quick (our entire experience took just under 3 hours). Beyond impressed with this dealership and will continue to give them our business!

I have been dealing with an intermittent issue that clears every time the vehicle is turned off (so hard to pin point). This was the third visit and yea frustrating but I felt taken care of with Jason I explained the same problem but I was leaving town and it seemed as important to them as it was for me and because they cared our family trip was not ruined and it was an amazing trip. Good customer service. The only recommendation I would have is it would be great if they had LYFT service to take you home. Henery Ford has this when I take my truck in. Its very convenient one of the main reasons I go there instead of the first dealership closer to my house.

My sales guy Tristan was very professional, kind, and quick to help me throughout the process. I felt well taken care of overall and was impressed with how he handled the deal.
However, the vehicle I purchased did have some condition concerns that I pointed out — the tires (which were a very big deal to me), a significant scratch on the back bumper, and worn floor mats. The only solution offered for the tires was an additional $1,500 charge in finance, which was disappointing.

I discovered Garff dealerships after buying a car from them in Nevada and they gave me three free oil changes as a gift . After using all three I wanted to go back to them after they made me feel comfortable in trusting them. Our auto is a VW Tiguan and the 2nd one we have owned. Prior VW autos we owned over decades were convertible beetle, square backs and Passat. Having work done on our vehicles over many years and I can say the service manager, Jeff at Gilbert VW dealership is very good with us every time.
